Job Title: Admin and Sales Progression

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our team as an Admin and Sales Progression. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the sales process from initial offer acceptance to completion. They will also be responsible for handling administrative tasks and providing excellent customer service.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Ensure the smooth running of the sales process from initial offer acceptance to completion
  • Liaise with solicitors, surveyors, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in the sales process to ensure timely completion
  • Provide regular updates to clients, buyers, and sellers throughout the sales process
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and queries
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of all sales transactions
  • Prepare and issue invoices and receipts
  • Coordinate and manage the diaries of sales staff
  • Handle administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management
  • Support the sales team in achieving targets by identifying and qualifying leads
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management


Qualifications and Skills:


  • Proven experience in sales progression or a similar role
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Apps and CRM software
  • A positive and proactive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Education and Experience:


  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High Level of both spoken and written English
