Our team are fully aware that there are various aspects to consider before selling a property, even if you want to sell quickly. The traditional route of property selling can be long and extensive, but we eradicate that stress by offering a fast house sale. What kind of properties do you buy?

We buy all kinds of properties from detached houses to one bedroom flats. We also buy commercial properties

Will there be any conditions to your offer?

All offers from Home House Buyers are free of change and you’re under no obligation to accept.

Am I under any obligation if I request a valuation?

If you request a valuation from Home House Buyers then you’re under no obligation.

Can you value my property without actually visiting my house?

Yes we can, we do prefer to come and see your home however we understand that sometimes this isn’t always possible. Just give a member of the Home House Buyer team a call to discuss further.

Do you use RICS qualified surveyors when getting your survey done?

Yes we only trust the opinion of a RICS qualified surveyor. All the Surveyors we use are independent and local to your area.

Do I need a solicitor?

Yes you do, but don’t worry because Home House Buyers can provide you with one and we also pay the fees.

Can you stop my repossession?

Yes we can. We have previously stopped repossession on the day of the repossession. The best thing to do in a situation where a repossession is looking likely is to deal with it straight away. The longer you leave it the more chance there is of losing your property. Call Home House Buyers now and we’ll deal with it on your behalf.

Can you help me with my onward move?

Yes we can help you find somewhere, help with negotiations and help to organise your removals.

Do I get to pick a completion date?

Home House Buyers can work with you to pick a completion date that suits you.

Is there anything that can affect the speed of the sale?

In most circumstances we will complete within the requested time scale. Like anything in life there can sometimes be things such as lease hold enquires that can hold up the sale but we are skilled in working around problems.

How do I get the money from the sale?

The Solicitors will pay the completion money directly into your bank account on the completion day.

What happens if we pull out of the contract, will there be any cost?

We allow you to have a 14 day cooling off period. After that point if you were to pull out of the contract then we would expect our cost to be paid. If we pull out of the contact for any reason then you don’t pay anything.
